Cédric Fellous

Cédric Fellous has a 20-years experience in Information Systems management and digitalization, including IT project manager, IT services manager and CIO positions.

As project director and operations director in the French group Edenred, he developed an expertise on Customer Relationship Management and Shared Services Centers set-up and management.

Cédric was involved and led key transformation projects for large and smaller international groups. As support in headquarters first, but also within operational organizations (7 years in Edenred group branches, in Czech Republic and Italy).
