Identification of suitable foreign projects

Representatives of ÚJV Řež and EPDOR signed a cooperation agreement in February 2016 with the aim of identifying suitable energy projects on foreign markets. ÚJV Řež focuses mainly on design, engineering activities and support for safe and efficient operation of nuclear and conventional power plants, fuel cycle chemistry and comprehensive services in the management of radioactive and other specific waste.

The EPDOR team provided the client with active support in building and maintaining business relationships in the region of Germany and the United Kingdom, including organizing business meetings, preparing business offers and supporting the client in participating in trade fairs, events and congresses. Under the topic "Decommissioning of nuclear facilities", EPDOR experts ensured the collection of data on the needs of key customers and business opportunities and their ongoing evaluation, verification of the client's business strategy, support for the smooth and successful implementation of the project / deliveries.

Last but not least, EPDOR's cooperation also consisted of many specific services, including, for example, assessment of the client's marketing and business documentation, preparation of presentation materials, requested participation in meetings organized by the client and other activities.
