The content of consulting services was the analysis and definition of process steps for the implementation of a pilot project to build a charging station for an apartment building (SVJ). EPDOR performed an analysis and definition of process steps for the implementation of a pilot project to build a charging station for an apartment building, which consisted of a summary of general legislation (environmental assessment of projects in the locality and ERO requirements), analysis of distribution system operators documents and evaluation of management under , comparison of applicable techniques for setting up a charging station at specific locations, design of a suitable solution for apartment buildings, financial analysis of a selected model of a charging station for apartment buildings and elaboration of a model example of return on investment of a pilot project including agreement with the owner of a specific apartment building.
